by anonymous on 2007-05-11 14:33:49I beleve that in the VERY distant future, mankind's government will evolve into a single, virtual direct democracy facilitated by information technology and biometric security. In the mean time, online delibaration will develop in baby steps to contribute to the political world as a forum for public and private debate.
