-Many claim to have had experiences with aliens, yet this does not prove the existence or presence on Earth of aliens.

-Anecdotal evidence is not proof as humans have the capability and motivation to deceive themselves (especially in highly-stressful times, when these encounters often are claimed to occur) and to deceive others (for support, fame/notoriety, or social acceptance).

-Although many religions bill themselves as the "One True Way", and state that all other religions are false, followers of all religions claim to have had experiences with their god(s). Therefore, if such claimed "experiences" are presumed true, the various religions then all contradict each other and themselves.
