He could defy gravity and cause the electromagnetic spectrum's affect on matter to be inverted. He could take the "logic 101" laws as we know them and twist them around to where because a dog a four-legged animal then a four-legged animal is a dog. He could make the world in 0 days, manufacture everything you see right now and put the memories in your head of what happened in your "past". You can't disprove that with anything. You can't prove it either. Nothing is ever proven 100% unless you can observe it all the time everywhere forever.
